This year's White House correspondents Dinner is scheduled for tonight at 7:30 p.m. EST. "Saturday Night Live" comedian Cecily Strong will be the celebrity guest hosting tonight's festivities and cracking jokes all throughout the night.

Prior to the 7:30 p.m. dinner, C-SPAN will be airing the pre-dinner red carpet celebrity appearances which will begin at 6 p.m., the Washington Post reports. Barack Obama is expected to give his speech at around 10 p.m.

The White House Correspondents dinner, which has been nicknamed "Nerd Prom," is recognized as the night where the White House and Hollywood meet, so expect to see many A-List celebrities at this dinner.

According to ABC, Donald Trump, model Chrissy Teigen and Academy award-winning actor Bradley Cooper are all expected to attend.

Other celebrities attending the White House Correspondents dinner include "Madam Secretary" star Tea Leoni, Jane Fonda, Brody Jenner, Eric Dane, Bill Belichick, Connie Britton, and Eric Stonestreet.

Viewers can tune in to C-SPAN to watch this star studded event on television or they can go online and check out C-SPAN's live stream coverage. The Washington Post reports that C-SPAN will be airing the entire dinner from pre-show to finish until midnight.

CNN begins covering the event at 7 p.m. through midnight while MSNBC airs its own live stream pre-show beginning at 6:30 p.m. online and continues to air the dinner on its TV channel at 9 p.m.

For those interested in seeing what goes down at the after-parties, the Washington Post claims that it will provide video highlights from the after-parties to its viewers. C-SPAN will also re-air the highlights from midnight to 1 a.m. EST.
