Calabasas, CA is a town known for it's famous residents. Britney Spears lives there with her kids, and so do the Kardashians. But Calabasas is a family town, where residents go to get away from the craziness of Hollywood life. That peace ended when 19-year-old superstar Justin Bieber moved in.

Calabasas just isn't the place for a young Hollywood partier like Justin. His decision to purchase a house there was questionable from the start. Justin has finally decided to move out after countless complaints from his neighbors. A source close to Justin told Hollyscoop that Justin is "selling his house and it's all because of pressure from the neighbors."

The "All That Matters" star is known to throw loud parties that last all night and race around the neighborhood in his expensive cars. Justin's teenage behavior is something parents around the neighborhood are sick of. "It's gotten really nasty. The community he lives in is all families and the entire community has had enough of his parties and speed racing," says the source. 

Justin's mom has advised her son to move to the Hollywood Hills where there are less families and more young and loud celebrities. Chris Brown owns a place in the Hollywood Hills -- maybe he can give Justin some tips on how to stay away from the negative light he unfortunately fell into (after he is released from rehab of course).

This move might be a really good thing for Justin, who is trying to stay away from trouble and rebuild his image. Wait... is this a good idea? He will now be living with other Hollywood partiers... hmm. Well, either way this is really good news for his neighbors in Calabasas since they finally get to sleep. Wonder who will buy Bieber's house? Wouldn't it be funny if a rock band moves in? These neighbors will not ever see another "wonderful day in the neighborhood."
