Sons of Anarchy just finished off its sixth season, but it's never too soon to start talking about what will happen next.

Most viewers are probably still reeling over the death of Tara. The wife of Jax was brutally murdered by Gemma in the season finale. The seventh season hasn't even been written yet, so anything would be purely speculative now. Still, that didn't stop some fans from suggesting that Jax could get charged with his wife's murder.

Where does Jax go from here?

Jax is obviously devastated at the Season six finale when he finds Tara's lifeless body slumped down on the ground. He doesn't yet know it was his own mother who murdered his wife, but he will surely find out. When he does, will he forgive his mother or return the favor and kill her?

Either way, Series creator Kurt Sutter knew that the death would really throw Jax's character for a loop.

"Obviously, it's a major shift in the mythology. I knew, ultimately, where I wanted to take Jax in [the] final season ... I wanted to remove his 'True North,' because I feel like there needs to be this major psychic and emotional shift that has to happen. What direction it will push him in we will see next season. But what happens to a guy like that now that he's lost both of the people he loves the most, who were able to be his moral compass, with Opie and now Tara. It really is Jax completely untethered and on his own in the final season."

Will there be a Sons of Anarchy Prequel?

Word on the street says there may be a miniseries that chronicles the beginning of the SAMCRO organization. Kurt Sutter had some welcome news for fans of the hit TV when asked about the potential for a new series.

"I've had discussions with the network about it, and I think they are open to it," he tells People Magazine. "I think there is something really interesting about the origins of the club. And to do a period piece set in the '60s, post-Vietnam could be kind of cool."

Either way, there will be no more anarchy on TV for quite some time. The seventh season is slated to arrive on FX next September. The only other option is to start the series over again and binge watch on Netflix.
