Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Nick Gordon Out of Rehab, Fighting to See Whitney's Daughter
Just recently released from rehab, Nick Gordon is reported to still be desperately trying to see hospitalized girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown.
People reports Gordon's supporters insist his rehab stint was a success, saying, "He did very well and cleaned himself up."
Gordon's attention has reportedly turned back to his live-in girlfriend, who has remained hospitalized and largely unresponsive ever since she was found face down and unconscious in the bathtub of the Atlanta-area home she shared with Gordon back in late January.
"It's hard for him not to be able to see Krissy," a source told the magazine of Gordon, now reported to be living with his mom in Orlando. "He wants to see for himself how she is doing. He only has third-hand information and doesn't know any more than what the media has been reporting."
Since she's been hospitalized, Bobbi Kristina's family has banned Gordon from visiting her after TMZ reported investigators have launched a criminal probe that reportedly targets him as the primary suspect after several unexplained bruises were found on her body.
Gordon, 25, lived with the only daughter born to Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown and recently appeared on an episode of the Dr. Phil Show to vehemently proclaim his innocence.
Bobbi Kristina was recently transferred to a long-term care facility, with grandmother Cissy Houston telling reporters she is suffering from irreversible brain damage.
Within the last several weeks, Bobby Brown filed for legal guardianship over his daughter's estate and her estimated $20 million fortune, prompting Cissy Houston to vow "she will fight this to the grave" to keep him away from the trust Whitney Houston set up for her daughter.
Sources close to Brown previously told People he is not motivated by money and only wants to do what's best for the ongoing health of his daughter.
