The production of "Hannibal" has been a finely tuned labor of love for nearly everyone involved. Jesse McClean put out a book titled "The Art and Making of Hannibal," which has given us terrific details about how each character has been created and what set pieces are supposed to represent, according to Digital Spy.

The book attributes several pages to each character and set piece, giving an illustrious detail of what goes into the making of the show and how delicately each detail is handled.

Digital Spy got on the phone with showrunner Bryan Fuller to get a few more details about the show, and also what else we can expect to see come out of the much-anticipated Season 3.

In regards to production of Season 3, Fuller said that the main unit wrapped up in late April, but the second unit pickups are still in a scramble to get things done.

When asked if they are dropping the cuisine-based episode titles after Episode 8, which is titled "The Great Red Dragon," Fuller gave an enthusiastic answer.

"Yes! We go right into the Blakes, so it's 'The Great Red Dragon...', then the second episode is '...And The Woman Clothed In Sun', the third episode is '...And The Woman Clothed With The Sun', and then '...And The Beast From The Sea', and they're all either Blake titles or Revelations quotes, because it's all about that," he said. "With the Italian course names, I was like 'Well, we don't have 13 of these!' It was kind of a happy coincidence, because we get up to episode seven which is 'Digestivo', for dessert, and then we don't have anywhere to go after! I guess we could have had 'Coffee'..."

When asked about the delayed start date of June, Fuller replied, "It was really a production reason, because we started out the third season, which was our most ambitious yet, and previously we barely were able to produce the show by the skin of our teeth, with a lot of hard work and a lot of people bending over backwards and contorting to make the show, because it's so hard to do a crafted television show in eight days [per episode]."

In regards to the reunion of Hannibal and Will, Fuller had some heartfelt comments about that upcoming scene.

"It progresses nicely, and when we finally get to them in scenes together, there's a scene in an episode that is so touching, when they're finally reunited and able to have a conversation."

The wait will be over on June 4 when "Hannibal" returns to NBC for its third season.
