NBA 2K15 News: Locker Codes, Bonus VC, Roster Update and More
NBA 2K15 is celebrating the NBA Playoffs with a great sale on the mobile version of the game.
According to Touch Arcade, NBA 2K15, the only NBA simulation game for iOS, will be on sale until May 14 for $2.99. The mobile game has received several updates since its debut to address bugs and issues.
To celebrate Stephen Curry's NBA Most Valuable Player, Amazon offered NBA 2K15 for just $30 for 30 hours beginning Thursday on Amazon. Curry wears No. 30. The prices have been updated since that sale, but the game is still heavily discounted.
The Playstation 4 version can be purchased for $38.40, and the Xbox One version can be purchased for just $30.28. The retail price is $59.99. Older generation versions of the game are also on sale, with the Playstation 3 version selling for $28.99 and the Xbox 360 version selling for $35.99.
The latest roster update gave players new overall ratings, and most players either went up one point or down one.
LeBron James helped the Cleveland Cavaliers sweep the Boston Celtics. James averaged 27 points per game in the series. His rating increased by one point, making him a 95. Additionally, James brought back his headband, so the headband is back in NBA 2K15.
Chris Paul helped the Los Angeles Clippers knock out the defending champions, the San Antonio Spurs, in seven games thanks to a last-second shot. His overall rating increased one point to a 94, and his clutch rating was increased one point to a 67, according to EA Sports.
Thursday, NBA 2K15 offered some throwback players including 1976-77 Bill Walton, 2009-10 Stephen Jackson and 2008-09 Jameer Nelson.
A Paul George Locker Code was offered Wednesday. The code is PVUCU - 733LE - MMANE - WCB8G - TTSPT.
