Bobby Brown and aunt Pat Houston were named co-guardians of his daughter's $20 million estate by a DeKalb County judge late Friday.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported the two will be "jointly responsible" for making all decisions related to Bobbi Kristina Brown's health care and medical needs.

The court also tabbed Atlanta-based attorney Bedelia Hargrove as conservator for the only daughter born to Brown and the late Whitney Houston. She will be responsible for all of the 22-year-old's assets, including those related to her "likeness, rights and legal claims."

Bobbi Kristina has remained comatose and unresponsive since being found face down in the bathtub of a home she shared with boyfriend Nick Gordon in late January. Late last month, Bobby Brown filed a legal motion seeking to have himself solely declared in charge of the fortune largely left to his daughter by the superstar Houston.

According to Radar, at the time of his initial filing, Cissy Houston, Bobby Kristina's grandmother and Whitney Houston's mom, vowed to "fight him to the grave" to keep him from being legally able to take control of all his daughter's assets.

But on Friday, the two sides struck a far more conciliatory tone with one another "Both parties are delighted with the Court's decision and are working harmoniously to ensure Krissi receives the best possible medical care," they said in joint statement. "We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter."

Still on the outside looking in appears to be Gordon. TMZ previously reported shortly after Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the emergency room police launched a criminal probe of the circumstances surrounding her injuries after several other unexplained bruises were found on her body.

Since she's been hospitalized, family members have banned Gordon from visiting her, and the police probe is rumored to target him as a primary suspect.

Whitney Houston was found dead in a Beverly Hills hotel room just over three years ago. Authorities have since ruled she had drugs in her system at the time of her death.
