CBS Canceled or Renewed?: ‘Person of Interest’ & ‘The Good Wife’ Renewed, 'C.S.I.' Fate Uncertain

Here is the complete list of CBS renewals for those of you who have been chomping your nails in fear.

"The McCarthys" and "The Millers" were both canceled, and "Two and a Half Men" finished its run along with "The Mentalist."
Although USA Today reports that "C.S.I." will be coming back next fall, the paper also said that the network and the producers have been working on an exit plan for the long-running powerhouse drama. This comes on the heels of Fox's announcement that smash hit singing competition "American Idol" has also been canceled.
But Vulture reports say that "C.S.I." has been canceled, and there are plans from industry sources for the network to air a TV movie next season that is supposed to wrap up loose ends on the 15-year series.
It also said that the move is not due to ratings. The show has consistently outperformed a lot of the network's current shows. But the costs of producing the show are so high that the network made the call due to financial considerations, not performance reasons.
These reports appear to be somewhat substantiated by Joe Adalian, a Vulture editor, on his Twitter page.
"ICYMI earlier: Two sources tell me CSI: will end its run next season with a two-hour movie, and CSI: Cyber is renewed. No reply from CBS," Adalian wrote.
