Blac Chyna has begun to accept the father of her child, Tyga, has reportedly moved on to 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, but one thing she will not accept is having her son, King Cairo, parented by a man with bad judgment, like allegedly dating underage girls.

The 27-year-old model has reportedly hired a top-shelf divorce lawyer and will file legal documents asking for primary physical custody, reports TMZ.

According to sources close to Blac Chyna, she also does not want 2-year-old King Cairo bouncing between her house and the "Loyal" rapper's because the little tyke is going to start preschool soon. Another issue: She believes Jenner lacks maturity, and she doesn't want the teen spending a lot of time around her son.

Blac Chyna is willing, though, to give Tyga, 25, weekend visitation.

In addition to full custody, the model also wants enough child support to cover household expenses, groceries, nannies, kids clothing and school.

The ugly battle is already beginning between the former couple and their families in the media. Blac Chyna's mother is furious about a Daily Mail interview with Tyga's grandma supposedly talked about prefering Jenner.

"We all love Kylie and think she is so much better for Tyga than Blac. Yes, she is King's mum, but Blac just wasn't a very nice person, and Kylie comes from a much better family."

In several Instagram posts, Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, lashed out at Tyga and his family, the Kardashian clan, and the media.

"They son is a [expletive] prevent okay so why not get mad. They need to get mad at that," Toni wrote. "My daughter is okay, believe that."

However, Tyga denied that the interview was real, explaining that his grandmother doesn't speak English.

In December, sources told TMZ that Tyga felt Blac Chyna was unfit to properly care for their son because she parties too much.

The "Bubblegum" rapper was reportedly upset that the mother of her son was hitting the clubs. When he saw the double twerk video featuring her with best friend Amber Rose, he supposedly lost it. He planned to file legal documents asking for primary custody.

The former couple does not currently have a custody order, but presently Blac Chyna has King Cairo more than Tyga.
