'Game of Thrones' Season 5 Episode 6 Spoilers: Ser Jorah Deals with Greyscale, Littlefinger Returns to King's Landing [Watch]
Iain Glen's "Game of Thrones" character, Ser Jorah, will have a major action scene in Season 5, Entertainment Weekly reports.
"I've had bits and pieces of fighting through the course of the seasons," he said. "I had the one-to-one with the Dothraki bloodrider, and then there was the sequence fighting to get into the city of Meereen. But this season will be the most substantial fighting I've had."
Ser Jorah contracted greyscale in Sunday's episode, "Kill the Boy." With so many plot twists steering away from the original George R. R. Martin novels, it is unclear if he will survive.
Glen said getting greyscale is usually bad news, but it may not mean things will end for him in the story line.
"You wouldn't think good," he said. "But in this story, people have died from it and they have been saved from it. So who knows? It's a slow burn, greyscale, and there are ways to intervene."
Ser Jorah found out that he has contracted greyscale after fighting with the stone men along Valyria. Greyscale is a deadly and disfiguring disease that gradually covers a person over time.
"I thought, 'Uh-oh, here comes trouble,'" Glen said referring to his thoughts when he first read the script. "Then you start reaching out for what this means, and [showrunners Dan Weiss and David Benioff] are playing their cards very close to their vest on this one."
Showrunners explored the topic of the greyscale disease earlier in the season when they told the story of Stannis' daughter, Shireen, contracting the deadly disease when she was just a baby. The disease scarred her face for life.
People have been making predictions on what will happen next in "Game of Thrones" after clips were shown on Instagram, according to Hollywood Take.
Some predictions include that Stannis will leave for Winterfell, Tyrion will meet Daenerys, Brienne will continue to try to help Sansa and there will be a funeral for Ser Barristan.
A teaser for Episode 6 of "Game of Thrones" reveals that Littlefinger will be back with Cersei. He is even heard saying that he lives to serve. Arya, who was not featured in the last episode, and Myrcella Baratheon will also have bigger parts in the upcoming episode.
Tune into HBO Sundays at 9 p.m. ET to see how "Game of Thrones" plays out.
