After being eliminated from ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," partners Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson have remained close friends. According to Us Weekly, the duo was spotted kissing during a Romantic Palm Springs getaway in California.

Their onscreen chemistry is playing its part off-screen while rumors say they are dating. The "Shark Tank" businessman and the professional dancer were spotted together several times in public.

In one photo, the couple is kissing outside while relaxing, and in another, they are walking with their arms wrapped around each other.

The Season 20 "DWTS" partners kissed on screen during the show's May 4 live broadcast, although they said it was just for TV purposes.

"It was just part of the dance!" Johnson said backstage. Meanwhile, Herjavec added, "We're professional dancers, we were just in the moment."

Johnson also said that the kiss caught her off guard.

"It took me by surprise because I didn't know if he was going to do it or not," she said.

The next night, the duo was eliminated from the show. 

Herjavec is in the middle of a divorce from his wife, Diane Plese, after 24 years of marriage. They split back in March and share three children together.

He talked to Business Insider about taking advice.

"Take the advice that helps you but discourage the advice that doesn't," he said. "And just remember that free advice is exactly what you pay for it."

"Running a business ... is the thousand little non-sexy non-exciting mundane things that you have to do to be recognized for that one big thing," the "Shark Tank" businessman added.

It has been two months since he and his wife have split, will he take advice from people who say he should wait a little while before moving on? Or are the dating rumors just rumors?
