So you know all that twerking, tongue swinging and self-touching that Miley Cyrus does? Well. don't you worry because she says it is all an act she puts on. Miley Cyrus tells The New York Times that she has just been playing a character this whole time.

"I went from people just thinking I was, like, a baby to people thinking I'm this, like, sex freak that really just pops molly and does lines all day. It's like, 'Has anyone ever heard of rock 'n' roll?''' Miley says. "There's a sex scene in pretty much every single movie, and they go, 'Well, that's a character'. Well, that's a character. I don't really dress as a teddy bear and like, twerk on Robin Thicke you know?" Or does she?

Artist like Beyoncé and Britney Spears have admitted to the same thing, saying that they turn into different people on stage. We know that, as an artist, this is the way it's suppose to be, but Miley... your tongue is hanging out at red carpets, when you take a walk outside and probably when you wake up. Own up to it, Miles... you like being a bad gal and at this point in your young life it's okay. 

The "Adore You" singer also touches on being called a racist due to having "black girl dancers". She says that, even if she had "white girl dancers," people would still call her a racist because, well, people like to criticize her. I personally think Amazon Ashley and Miley make a pretty good team, don't you?

You know how we really figured out that Miley's behavior is just not a character as she claims? When you said this: "I don't have a bunch of celeb friends, because I feel like some of them are a little scared of the association ... I was backstage with Ariana Grande and I'm like 'walk out with me right now and this will be the best thing that happens to you because just you associating with me makes you a little less sweet'". Ohh Miley...not even Rihanna who is a real bad a** says things like that.

So let's all play along as Miley pretends that she doesn't like the attention her bad behavior gets her. It's okay, Miley... it will be our little secret.
