During a recent interview on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Jennifer Lopez opened up a little bit more about her rumored on-again, off-again relationship with Casper Smart, ABC News reports. 

When asked to share her relationship status with Smart, Lopez explained that she is not exactly sure about her love life.

"I'm kind of not, but I kind of am," Lopez said in regards to whether she's dating Smart again.

"Have you ever been at a point in your life where you don't know? Like, you're not sure about things?" Lopez asked DeGeneres.

"I am not sure about anything," she added. "I'm a grown woman. "[I'm] doing ... whatever I feel like doing!"

And though Lopez admits that she is not quite certain what will happen between herself and Smart, she is adamant about having more children.

Lopez, who is already mother to twins Maz and Emme whom she had with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, gushed that she "would love to have more kids."

"I love my kids I wish I would have four or five more. ... If I got pregnant, I would be so excited," she continued.

Lopez's relationship status revelation and pregnancy comment to Ellen DeGeneres comes on the heels of her making Casper Smart her #ManCrushMonday on Instagram, Us Weekly reports.

Prior to confirming her on-again relationship, Lopez was spotted kissing Smart on the set of "American Idol," and the duo was also spotted on the red carpet premiere of Lopez's animated film "Home."

Us Weekly reports that Lopez and Smart previously dated for three years and ended their relationship last year as friends.

Lopez continuously denied her relationship with Smart in past interviews until speaking with DeGeneres.

So far, Lopez has yet to discuss her future relationship plans with Smart as their romance moves forward.
