Miranda Cosgrove may be reuniting with the cast of her longtime Nickelodeon hit series, "iCarly."

Even as she prepares for her new starring role in the NBC fall sitcom "Crowded," Cosgrove told MTV a reunion among "iCarly" cast members is not only not out of the picture. Cosgrove said it would be a case of natural progression given how close all the show's stars have remained.

"That would be fun," she recently admitted at the NBC Upfront presentation. "I mean, I love the cast of the show, I see them all the time. Jennette [McCurdy] is like, one of my best friends and I see Jerry [Trainor] all the time, so I think that that would be really fun."

During the show's 2012 finale, Cosgrove's Carly Shay character is seen relocating to Italy, but on Carly's return, Cosgrove sees the character returning to her beloved Seattle.

"At the end of the show she moves to Italy, so I'd like to see her come back to Seattle and get back to the way things used to be," she added.

Deadline reports "Crowded" is a comedy about a couple who think they are about to embark on new territory after raising their children for 20 years. Instead, they have their grown daughters move back home, and they have to say goodbye to this uninhibited period.

Complicating matters all the more, the father of the couple's parents also has a change of heart and decides to remain in town instead of relocating to Florida.

The series also stars Mia Serafino, Carrie Preston, Patrick Warburton, Stacy Keach and Carlease Burke.

All the new opportunity comes at what would seem to be a calming time for Cosgrove.

Earlier this month, the man convicted of stalking her was sentenced to three years' probation and at least a year of "extensive psychiatric counseling."

TMZ reports Joshua Stockton was also ordered to remain at least 100 yards clear of Cosgrove at all times for the next 10 years or run the risk of prison time.
