If 26-year-old Rumer Willis signed up for "Dancing with the Stars" with hopes to stand out against her famous family, she got her wish on Tuesday night when she and Valentin Chmerkovskiy were crowned the 10th Anniversary Season Champions.

Willis and Chmerkovskiy were a popular couple on the show most of the season thanks to their smoldering chemistry. Plus, the judges adored Willis.

"You are as good as anyone who has ever been on 'Dancing with the Stars,'" the infamously cranky judge Len Goodman told her Tuesday night.

Judge Bruno Tonioli said Rumer was "an utterly irresistible shining star" while judge Julianne Hough took the compliment one step further with, "You make me want to be a better dancer."

When Willis performed, the camera frequently panned to her proud father, Bruce Willis, 60, who sat beaming in the audience during the finale.

Rumer's mother, Demi Moore, 52, and sisters, Scout Willis, 23, and Tallulah Willis, 21, were in the audience as well. Tallulah took a picture of her dad tearing up during Rumer's winning performance.

She posted the photo to Instagram with the caption: "Look at this cutie tearing up from my insanely magical sisters dance. We are all so proud of you Rue."

During the show, Moore took a selfie with Scout and Tallulah as they cheered on Rumer and Chmerkovskiy before their final dance.

Following Rumer's championship win, Moore tweeted that she was "filled with love, pride and awe" for her daughter, along with her dance partner, Chmerkovskiy.

"One of the most beautiful things I've witnessed is watching [Rumer's] passion become greater than her fear," Moore said during a taped segment on DWTS. "It has nothing to do with her being my kid or Bruce's kid. It has everything to do with just who she is."

Second place went to actor and singer Riker Lynch, 23, the former "Glee" cast member, and his partner, professional dancer Allison Holker.
