One of the hottest rappers in New York City today, Queens native Yung Fliiboy has seen his career rocket to impressive heights in a very short period of time.

Fliiboy, as he is known to friends and fans alike, got his start touring with "Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta" star Lil' Scrappy. This experience brought him, literally, all over the country during the course of two (2) years.

Since striking out on his own, however, he has seen his music added to Jango's playlists (where his music is likened to that of 2 Chainz, Lil'Wayne, & J. Cole, while retaining a style all his own), as well as received praise & accolades from such online sites as VladTV, Platano TV, and Frequency.

In addition, he has performed all over the country thanks to celebrity booking agent Mike Styles, who has put Fliiboy before sold-out crowds in such places as the legendary Howard Theatre in Washington, D.C. Finally, and perhaps most impressively, he has teamed up with and Los Angeles rap diva Kanary Diamonds to perform the official song for clothing line Rep The Code. The eponymously-titled track, and its remixes, have been officially approved for the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards VIP gift bags, earning Fliiboy a mention and profile on MTV.com's website.

When he isn't performing, Fliiboy is the President & Co-Partner of his own label, Mobstar Enterprises, which offers a variety of services to independent artists and producers.

The 25-year-old recently gave an interview to Profanity Magazine, where he talked about his influences, his wish-list of accomplishments, and where we can expect to see his career go in 2014. "I would definitely say that I have a number of things. Just having a dream and a goal and making itself actualized, I'm motivated by friends and family, and the people that enjoy the music that's being made," he said.

And he's sure ready for whatever it brings, especially since he's been seen in the right company. For example, in the summer of 2013, Prodigy of Mobb Deep celebrated the release of his new CD, Albert Einstein, with a variety of hip-hop celebrities including Jack Thriller of Thisis50.com, Grafh, Wyclef Jean, Alchemist, and of course, Fliiboy. The party took place at the Griffin in New York City.

One of Fliiboy's most popular freestyles is called "Nobody," which was done over a beat that Chief Keef made famous. Fliiboy took the Chief Keef beat and made it all his own. Check it out below:

What is most impressive about Fliiboy is, of course, his loyalty. In an age where artists and professionals alike are materialistic and greedy, having their loyalty be subjected solely to opportunity, Fliiboy is still surrounded by the same people he started out with. He doesn't add "new" people into the mix who claim random affiliations, or forget even for a minute where he came from -- if you were there from the beginning, to paraphrase an old Lloyd Banks song, you will be there to the end. (And if you try to penetrate that tight circle, or claim to be something you're not, you will easily be discarded!)

"I feel like through my entire life, I came from a broken home. I didn't have the type of knitting others did, coming from Queens. That whole thing in its self was life changing. When people see me on the blogs, they will see me day to day. I'm a genuine person. Anyone I collab with and meet will tell you that, I have a great sense of humor. My sense of humor got me through some tough situations in life," he told Profanity Magazine.

Fliiboy, of course, is as prolific as he is personable -- he's still dropping soon-to-be gems off of his upcoming mixtape, Fliiboy Radio Part 1. Some of the gems include a collaboration with fellow Queens artist Young Pretty, in a hit song that has gotten a lot of radio play called "Green Light." Check it out below.

He also just finished shooting a video for the song, and he has a few other gems waiting in the wings. For example, there's "The Lord's Feet":

And then there's "The Pledge":

The beauty of all of Fliiboy's music is that it comes from a very real place. "I’m not one of those that base music on fictional stories. It literally takes you to different areas, and I touch on things that bring everything together," he said.

It is this combination of business savvy and musical talent that makes Yung Fliiboy the most formidable artist in hip-hop today, who promises to be just as prodigious in his business career as he is in his artistic career.
