Khloe Kardashian was spotted this week leaving a late night dinner with husband Lamar Odom's former NBA rival Rick Fox.

The Daily Mail reports the slimmed down and toned up "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star wore ripped black skinny jeans and a matching, black bomber jacket, unzipped just so as to flash plenty of cleavage as she exited the Casa Vega Restaurant in Sherman Oaks early Friday morning.

The 30-year-old reality TV star also wore lace-up, peep-toe, black suede ankle boots and carried a furry Chanel bag draped over one shoulder as she and Fox made their way from the eatery.

The website adds for much of the night the 45-year-old Fox seemed intent on keeping a low profile, downplaying his presence by wearing a grey T-shirt and trousers with a black leather jacket and dress shoes.

The former Lakers' star, NBA champion and Kobe Bryant teammate was previously romantically linked to 27-year-old "90210" star Anna Lynne McCord. Before then, he was in a more than four-year relationship with Eliza Dushku and was once married to actress and former Miss America Vanessa Williams for more than five years.

With reports of his cheating and rampant drug use swirling, Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom in December 2013. According to TMZ, the two have yet to actually follow through on the filing and during a recent episode of the show Kardashian told mom Kris Jenner, "If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar."

Meanwhile, Hollywood Life reports the 35-year-old Odom is set to embark on one final "last ditch effort" to save their union. After reportedly blowing off his wife recently to party in Vegas, Odom is rumored to be remorseful and willing to admit to himself "he needs her love."

A source told Hollywood Life, "He doesn't want to hurt her more than he already has, adding Odom is now ashamed of some of his past choices and from this point forward plans to straight and open with his wife of more than four years."
