After blasting Tyson Beckford for being friendly with on-again, off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown took to social media to apologize for his actions.

It all started when Beckford recently Instagrammed a selfie he took with Tran while in Las Vegas for the holiday weekend. Brown then threatened the male model with the hashtag, "#dontplayyaself," on Instagram. 

However, the R&B star clearly regretted his heated reaction in a series of tweets on May 26.

In addition, Tran took to her Instagram account on the following day to share a snapshot of her bloody lip.

Many immediately speculated that the "New Flame" singer might be the one who is responsible for the injury, since he brutally attacked then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.

"First and foremost, Karrueche didn't say, imply or suggest that her lip had anything to do with anyone in particular," a source said to HollywoodLife, explaining that the gory image is just work-related.

The source insisted the model "simply wanted to share her daily experience -- acting on set -- with her fans and followers" and give them a look into what a day looks like for her. 

The source added Tran is now deeply bothered by people assuming that Brown beat her up. Tran is reportedly shocked that people are upset with the image she posted.
