Bruce Jenner underwent cosmetic surgery in hopes of making himself look more feminine.

Radar reports just weeks after undergoing a full-blown gender assignment procedure, Jenner had the outpatient surgery done in hopes that it will give his jawline and chin a "softer look."

A source told the website Jenner found himself back under a surgeon's knife so quickly after undergoing the gender reassignment operation because he had "put the time aside and wanted to get as much done as possible."

His physical transformation now almost complete, the source added Jenner hopes to be able to begin living his life as a woman in every way by the time his Bravo-aired docuseries is slated to wrap this summer.

The series is being touted as an inside look into Jenner's changing lifestyle and how he comes to handle the day to day rigors of it all.

As of late, the 65-year-old gold medal-winning former Olympian has been keeping a low profile at his Malibu mansion and has not been publicly seen in nearly a month.

Still, that has not kept Jenner out of the spotlight. Earlier this week, Radar reported that TV producer and journalist Richard Laskos claimed a longtime male friend of his had stepped forward to allege he engaged in an affair with Jenner as far back as the late 1980s.

"When I was over at his house, he showed me two or three photos of himself with Bruce," said Lasko. "They were both shirtless and wearing swim trunks, posing for the camera standing up. The pictures appeared to be taken on a beach. There were palm trees in the background."

During his much publicized recent sit-down ABC interview, Jenner emphatically told Diane Sawyer that he is not gay and claimed he has never been with a man.

To this day, Jenner has continued to use his past marriages to Chrystie Crownover and Linda Thompson as proof of his long-time attraction to women. More recently, Jenner was married to Kris Jenner, and the two have two teenage daughters together.
