Step aside, boys! Comedian Amy Schumer is on fire right now -- and we're not talking about her pesky UTI (urinary tract infection) that she referred to while headlining her first HBO stand-up special, directed by Chris Rock at Harlem's iconic Apollo Theater.

On Friday, May 29, Schumer joined an A-list arsenal of comedians who have graced the stage of the legendary venue, including George Carlin, Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld, Louis C.K., Tracy Morgan , Ellen DeGeneres, Jamie Foxx, George Lopez, Sarah Silverman, Bill Maher, Katt Williams, Wanda Sykes, Lewis Black and Rock himself.

Schumer is known for her raw, no-holds-barred, self-deprecating humor, poking fun of self-centered, size 0 celebs and giving the guys a run for their money by pointing out that, yes, women love sex, and news flash, we're not just here for your enjoyment!

The funny gal, who served as executive producer along with Mike Berkowitz and Jimmy Miller, couldn't have been more thrilled with headlining her first stand-up comedy special for HBO, which reportedly debuts later this year.

"Amy is one of the most inspired comics working today, and we hope her first HBO special marks the start of a long and beautiful relationship," HBO President Michael Lombardo said in a statement, The Wrap reports. "This event is even more special because our good friend, the incredibly talented Chris Rock, is directing."

Dressed in a mini black dress and white, mega-high heels, Schumer looked fantastic but hilariously pointed out that she just wanted to accentuate the nicer portion of her arms and her killer ankles.

She rubbed the Apollo's "Tree of Hope" (a historic tree trunk that performers touch "in the hope they can share in the good fortune of so many performers in the past") several times and got so excited that she even regrettably licked it.

Then she got into her zone, scolded an Asian girl on the balcony, (who she referred to as Woody Allen's step-daughter-turned-wife, Soon-Yi ) who was munching too loudly on chips, busted her friends for showing up late, and addressed the "NPR-looking" audience who braved coming out to Harlem to lend their support.

Not to spoil her set, but the New York native was literally and figuratively right at home as she had this writer and the crowd in stitches. She dished details of her sex life, her awkward introduction to Hollywood and also took it upon herself to educate the crowd on the latest weird and offensive sexual terminologies and acts.

There's no stopping Schumer as she makes her rounds in Hollywood. After 11 years of doing hard time on the stand-up circuit across the country, the comedian-turned-executive producer, writer and actress is finally getting her moment to shine, and she's relishing in it. Rightfully so!

On July 17, Schumer will star in her new film, "Trainwreck," which is directed by Judd Apatow and also stars "SNL" alum Bill Hader.

Recently, Schumer appeared in an episode of "The Bachelorette" where she lent a helping "wine-in-hand" to the bachelors on a group date in which they had to perform standup comedy. She was such a hit that fans rallied on social media for her return, and the #DraftAmy movement was launched on Twitter.

In April, Schumer dramatically threw herself down on the red carpet in front of "Kimye" (Kanye West and Kim Kardashian) at the Time 100 gala in New York.

Now in its third season, her Comedy Central series "Inside Amy Schumer" has also become a huge success.

"On it, she's been consistently pushing the envelope, taking on topics like rape culture -- in a parody of the series 'Friday Night Lights' -- to sexism in Hollywood -- with an episode-long send-up of the film '12 Angry Men' in which a room of male jurors debates whether she is hot enough to be on TV," CNN reports.

Needless to say, the jury is out, and Schumer fans are saying that she is indeed hot enough to be on TV, the stage and the big screen! Keep bringing the hotness, Amy!
