Fallout 4 is finally official. Game developer Bethesda teased the game Tuesday with a countdown timer. Wednesday, that timer reached zero and "Fallout 4" became a reality, PC World reported.

The game's first details are coming out slowly, but much more information is expected when Bethesda delivers its press conference at E3 on June 14. This will be the first "Fallout" game since 2010's Fallout: New Vegas.

Bethesda also announced Wednesday that the "world premiere" of the game will occur at E3.

Those interested in watching the world premiere of Fallout 4, it will be available on Twitch and on YouTube on June 14 at 9 p.m. ET, PC Advisor reported.

Similar to Fallout 3, Fallout 4 will be a first and third person RPG like Bethesda's Elder Scrolls games.

Fallout 4 takes players to a whole new location: Boston. The game will also appear on the PC.

No release date has been announced for the game that will also be available for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles, so it could be a ways off yet.

"The time and technology have allowed us to be more ambitious than ever. We've never been more excited about a game, and we can't wait to share it," game director Todd Howard said in a statement.

The trailer for Fallout 4, unfortunately, does not reveal much.

It features a dog walking through a heavily damaged house. The dog goes into a baby's room, where all that remains is the crib. The dog then runs outside through the city that has been devastated by a nuclear bomb.

In the end of the trailer, the dog joins a man equipped with a shotgun. The man says, "Let's go pal," and the trailer ends with the text Fallout 4.

The trailer does not provide much detail at how the game play will look, but it does show players a bit of where the setting will be.
