Lil Wayne has exclusively released the new track "Glory" on Jay Z's upstart Tidal subscription platform. The rapper revealed the news on his Twitter account

HotNewHipHop.com reports the song is the rap star's first new, original track since the Migos-featuring "Amazing Amy" hit the web just after the new year. Wayne now also joins the likes of Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj, artists who have used Tidal to introduce new sounds.

The track is rumored to have been produced by Avenue Beatz, Infamous and Onhel, and Hot New Hip Hop adds "for the thirty seconds available to non-subscribers sounds like a soul-sampling banger."

Wayne is also reported to currently be working on two other projects, "The Free Weezy Album" and "Tha Carter V," and it's uncertain if "Glory" will end up on either album.

It's been a busy time for Wayne, who just days ago was involved in an incident he'd almost surely rather forget. While in St. Louis to coach a team of his Young Money crew members in a Stop The Violence charity basketball game, Wayne ignited a bench-clearing brawl after he attacked a referee he thought had been making a flood of bad calls.

According to TMZ, Wayne charged at the ref and later spit on the man as he tried to run away. Wayne is also captured on video chasing after the man as he whole crew follows closely behind. Police were called, but no one was arrested or charged.

Wayne's squad was playing against a team coached by event organizer Loose Cannon Slim.

Back in March, members of Wayne's detail were captured on video punching a fan who openly mocked the rapper after he showed up for a Fort Lauderdale, Florida, performance well after 3 a.m. and some three hours late.
