Robert Pattinson & FKA twigs Relationship News Update 2015: Is 'Glass & Patron' Singer Mad at T-Pain for Spilling Engagement News?
FKA twigs recently revealed how she truly feels toward T-Pain after he publicly spilled on her engagement to Robert Pattinson.
In an interview with Vulture on April 1, the auto-tune pioneer, who is a close friend of the "Glass & Patron" singer's, explained how they first met before accidentally revealing the engagement.
"She's engaged now, so that's about to be a whole other thing," he said.
When the reporter stopped him and asked about the engagement, T-Pain continued to divulge mor einformation.
"Yeah, to ol' Patty. I don't know if she wanted anybody to know that," he said.
The "Up Down" hitmaker then tried to cover up his slip by taking to his Instagram account, posting a drawing of two engagement rings along with an explanation, writing that it was just an April Fools' Day joke.
With that being said, a source told OK! Magazine later that month that the British couple was keeping their wedding planning a secret, joking that the two will have to keep more information from T-Pain.
However, according to an interview with Complex magazine's June/July 2015 issue, FKA said she was not mad at T-Pain at all for spilling the beans.
"It's fine, I'm a pretty chill person, do you know what I mean?" she said.
Despite her seemingly forgiving statement, the interviewer noted that the "Pendulum" crooner seemed "genuinely sad" about how the news went public before she and her fiancé were ready.
In addition, twigs has been dealing with the "Twilight" star's diehard fans, who have been harassing her incessantly on social media even with racist comments, for quite a while -- all because of her highly publicized relationship with Pattinson.
"It is pretty horrible," she admitted. "But ultimately, I'm in an amazing relationship. So it doesn't matter."
