Fifty Shades of Grey Release Date, Cast & News Update: Author E.L. James Can't Stop Tweeting About Jamie Dornan
Fifty Shades of Grey author E.L. James is certainly happy with the choice of actor for the Christian Grey part. It can be recalled that five weeks before the actual production of the erotic film adaptation, the 50-year-old author shared her thoughts on her story's leading man.
IBTimes reports that in 2011, the author even teased fans over Instagram by posting a picture that showrf the letter tiles of the Scrabble board game which spelled 'Dornan.' It has achieved about 6,300 likes and thousands of comments too from the image sharing site users all over the globe.
It was only on Monday when she once again posted a viral internet meme through her Twitter account this time around. The image says, "I don't always take relationship advice. But when I do, it's from Christian Grey." It has gotten 214 favorites from the 471,408 followers of the bestselling author. She has also shared several images of James Dornan's feet dressed in the classic Christian Grey shoes during the past several weeks.
Jamie Dornan finally broke his silence too since the time he was cast on the film by sharing a cute and funny message on Twitter for all of his fans. The message included a photo of a llama which he considers as his selfie.
The film adaptation started shooting in Vancouver Canada since November of last year. YouTube User Christine B. uploaded a recent video that shows behind-the-scenes of the filming of the staff and lead stars. Huffington Post reports that it is still not confirmed yet whether they production outfit has left Vancouver for another location due to the extreme weather condition brought about by the Polar Vortex.
It was also a major surprise when actor Mark Wahlberg revealed his production company almost got the rights to the Fifty Shades of Grey film adaptation during its early bidding stages according to Mirror UK. It was during his appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno that he explained they had the "early beat" for it but did not happen due to its being highly expensive.
