The most recent reports about two of the most highly anticipated devices that Samsung will allegedly release this year state that the Galaxy S5 will be in its usual standard video while the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will have a metal body.

The Korean website, ETNews, mentioned that Samsung's next premium device to be released may most likely come up with combined materials of plastic and steel instead a full metal body make. G4Games also reiterated that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will come with a battery cover made in stainless steel while the rest of its components will be out of plastic.

In a Bloomberg interview, Samsung's executive vice president, Lee Young Hee mentioned that the upcoming Galaxy Note 4 may have the three-sided display spec which allows users to read their messages even from an odd angle. He also added that it could potentially be released during the second half of 2014 and aimed to be offered to the higher end market.

Technobuffalo added that it could be the same as imagining your subscribed news stream shown down the side and even render quick and easy access to music controls. It could be one great feature that a lot of other phone makers have been dreaming to do.

It can be recalled that such a prototype was presented by Samsung during the CES 2013. And this year can be the much awaited time for its implementation, Phone Arena noted. Watch below the video of the mentioned demonstration to have some kind of a teaser of how it will actually turn out for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

"We are targeting consumers who want more professional use and tend to be willing to pay more for handsets," Mr. Lee added as he spoke about the upcoming Note phablet.

Do you think the idea of a three-sided display feature will surely excite Samsung fans all the more?
