Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom Divorce News 2014: Mansion Where the Couple Lived is For Sale $5.5 Mill.
What happens when Hollywood couples get divorced? Their luxurious mansions go on sale, that's what. Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom are in the process of finalizing their divorce and their marital home is now on the market. However, it is selling for more than the T.V. couple bought it for because somebody has to pay for the sad nights Khloé went through in that house.
The Mediterranean villa in Hollywood Hills that we once witnessed Khloé and Lamar finally decide on is now a new listing on broker Tomer Fridman's line up. The home, which they purchased back in 2009, is a seven-bedroom, eight bath dream house located in a gated community in Tarzana, Calif. Khloé and Lamar purchased the home for under $4 million back then, but are now asking for $5.5 million.
Did they make some renovations on the house? Did they plant a fruit tree? Or is it just because the home was featured on both Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Khloé & Lamar on the E! Television network? Of course broker Tomer Fridman does not explain why (his commission is in there, hello...) but we can imagine it has much to do with the show and the defeating marriage the walls witnessed.
Fridman describes the 8,400-square-foot estate as "unparalleled luxury" on his listing about the property that was built in 2003. The home itself is barely 11 years old and, well, it is beautiful and spacious. The "master bedroom features a spa-like bath and three custom-built walk-in-closets," which was once perfect for fashionista Khloé and sneaker-wearing basketball player Lamar. Who will take over the mansion next?
Hope whoever buys isn't superstitious, since the whole world knows of the couple's split, crash and burn. Will another celebrity make the big buy? Will they be newlyweds? Maybe little sister Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles should look into the place. Just kidding people... they are far too young -- and not even dating, remember?
