Bobbi Kristina Brown's cousin considers her a "true hero" and encourages embattled boyfriend Nick Gordon to "stay strong" as the only daughter born to Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown continues to cling to life at a rehab treatment facility.

Jerod Brown took to Facebook this week to post the heartfelt message to his 22-year-old cousin, who has remained unresponsive and largely in a medically induced coma ever since being discovered face down in a bathtub in the Georgia home she shared with Gordon in late January.

"Despite what you are going through Krissi, YOU ARE THE TRUE HERO," he wrote. "Me, myself haven't had a talk with God in quite some time. I think I speak for quite a few of us when I say you brought us all together to have a talk with the man upstairs. AND LIKE I TOLD YOU BEFORE, AS LONG AS IM ALIVE I GOT YOUR BACK. I WILL CONTINUE TO UPLIFT YOU SIS, I LOVE YOU AND WILL CONTINUE TO STAY ‪#‎CHARGED-+ FOR THE CAUSE ‪#‎PrayForBK."

From there, Jerod Brown turned his attention to the 25-year-old Gordon, who TMZ has previously reported is the primary focus of a police investigation surrounding the circumstances of Brown's injuries. Reportedly, investigators began the probe after doctors found several other unexplained bruises on Bobbi Kristina's body.

Since she has been hospitalized, Brown's family members have prohibited him from being able to visit her. "Stay strong bro," IBTimes reports Brown posted to Gordon on Twitter.

Just this week, Bobbi Kristina's aunt Leolah Brown claimed her niece continues to heal, a contention that's in stark contrast to what Cissy Houston recently said of her granddaughter's condition when she lamented there "wasn't much the family could do to help her."

Meanwhile, Bobby Brown has vowed to do everything he can to save his daughter. People reports a source recently told the magazine he would "never" take his daughter off life support if there was a chance she'd get better.

"Bobby hears these reports, and it's annoying to him," the source added. "He hates that people are just waiting for his daughter to die."
