The June 11, Season 3 premiere of "Beauty and the Beast" could find Vincent (Jay Ryan) spurred to action by what's becoming of his beloved Cat (Kristin Kreuk).

Spoilers Guide reports that after Cat is injured while stumbling upon revelations that "someone is drugging innocent victims and transforming them into superhuman" Vincent's hand is forced and he grows to feel he has no other option but to act.

All this comes about at a time when the burgeoning couple seems destined for an "ordinary life" that recently had TV Guide reporting the new season would begin with him dropping to one knee and proposing to Cat.

"It will happen very quickly and it sets the stage for the season, [which is] about their relationship moving forward and what it will take for them to get either a wedding or whatever they want," Kreuk recently explained during a sit down with TV Guide. "Essentially, 'the Beasties' will be very happy with certain things."

The website adds with Muirfield now out of the way, much of the Season 3 is slated to focus on the nature of the two star's relationship. But before they can truly take things to the next level, there seems the little issue of the two determining if they can really live and coexist side by side.

"It brings up stuff for Vincent," Kreuk added. "It's outside of his logical, conscious mind and more of a primitive [issue]. They have to deal with that and how they define their relationship if it's not in the context of bad guys. How do they exist? Can they be normal and will they be fulfilled that way?"

CarterMatt also recently reported CW Network officials elected to move the show's premiere from its May 21 original airing date to early in June in hopes of being able to attract a wider audience over the summer season.

Season 3 also starts with Tess (Nina Lisandrello) accusing JT (Austin Basis) of stalling his recovery.
