Even though Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are in the midst of an on-again, off-again relationship, rock royal scion Kelly Osbourne thinks that they make the perfect couple!

According to Cambio, Kelly spilled the beans about the status of Jelena (Bieb-ez?) during the latest episode of E!'s Fashion Police. 

"Selena is so gorgeous, and so smart -- and she's a real lady ... If they do grow up together, they will eventually make the perfect couple ... but I think they're allowed to be together, then not be together, be together. They'll figure themselves out. Let it be," she said. 

And according to the same site, Kelly -- daughter of rock icon Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, rock manager-turned-TV host Sharon -- would know firsthand what's up with everyone's favorite couple, because she went spray-painting with Justin last week... even though she said it was just a coincidence.

"It was my best friend's birthday ... We stop by and all of a sudden there were people spray-painting and then I got a lesson on spray-painting from Justin Bieber and he's really lovely and he's really nice, completely different than the media perception," she explained. "And then I really sat back and thought, 'He ain't half as bad as I was at his age, so he's all right."
