Holly Madison has just launched her own memoir, titled, “Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny.” The book served as the former Playboy Bunny’s tell all account of her experiences inside the mansion, and the things that she revealed were absolutely shocking.

Contrary to what many might think, Madison told Us Weekly that living in the beautiful Playboy Mansion was far from beautiful. Being the new girl at one point, she said she was heavily bullied and the girls who were already living in the mansion when she first arrived allegedly kept calling her names.

“During dinners or movie screenings, it was not out of the ordinary for me to overhear their loud whispers criticizing my appearance – my face, my hair, my clothes,” Madison revealed, as quoted by E! Online. She even added that Kendra Wilkinson, her on-screen best friend from E!’s “Girl Next Door” from 2005 to 2009, was one of the girls who were mean to her and even referred to Wilkinson as “the fakest person I have ever met.”

Although she hated how the other girls kept bullying her, what she had really found revolting was when the Playboy master, Hugh Hefner, offered her “thigh openers,” Us Weekly noted in another report. It was her very first night in the mansion and Hefner allegedly wanted her to take methaqualone.

“‘Would you like a Quaalude?’ Hef asked, leaning toward me with a bunch of large horse pills in his hands, held together by a crumpled tissue,” Madison wrote in her memoir. She declined, but her refusal had only motivated Hefner to try harder.

Madison told Us Weekly earlier this year that she was “excited” to finally tell everyone her side of the story. “I think my stories will surprise people,” she said at the time. “I am looking forward to lifting the veil of mystique and clearing up the misconceptions so often associated with my life.”

"Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny" will be on sale beginning June 23.
