Less than a week after being formally divorced, "Teen Mom 2" star Leah Messer is already rumored to be in a new relationship.

According to Radar, the 23-year-old mother of three is supposedly dating her "much older" personal trainer and former college football player Theodore "T.R." Dues. The two are reported to have met sometime this spring and have quickly grown closer as the former West Virginia Wesleyan alum has aided Messer with her fitness.

"T.R. moved in with Leah and her parents after just a week of dating!" a source said.

Even with everything moving so quickly between the new couple, not everyone seems on board with their new found romance.

Sources indicate Messer's now ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert, "is livid" that she introduced their 2-year-old daughter, Adalynn, to Dues without his permission.

"When mutual friends told Jeremy about this new guy, he called Leah and flipped out for letting a stranger hang around Addie," the source added. "Leah initially denied the relationship, saying that they're not official, but then confessed that something's going on."

Reports are Messer's 5-year-old twins, Ali and Aleeah, with first husband Corey Simms have also met Dues.

"Jeremy was the girls' step dad for most of their lives, so obviously he was upset about that, too," added a source.

Currently in rehab for substance abuse and emotional issues, Messer has not seen Dues since last month, though the two are able to communicate via email. Not long ago, she asked her more than 1 million Twitter followers to also follow her "amazing friend."

Later, she promoted his sports training video on her page, branding him "Mr. Drill."
