If you watched Episode 10 of "Teen Mom OG," you know that Farrah Abraham confronted boyfriend Simon Saran about their future. However, Saran had no interest in planning a future with the former porn star.

When Abraham asked her boyfriend what he saw for their future, his response was not very clear.

"I don't know," he said. "I really don't know how to answer that. I can't give you a decent answer."

Abraham told him she expected to be engaged since they had been dating for two years. Waiting so long, well, "That's for ugly girls, babe," she said.

It seemed that her push for marriage overwhelmed the former bachelor because in the show's finale, Saran wasn't answering her phone calls. He also did not appear on the televised reunion special.

He was a no-show at Abraham's May birthday party, leading many to speculate the couple had broken up.

While we don't have all the details, the "Teen Mom OG" star, 24, confirmed on Friday that she had split from Saran via a Twitter photo of the two kissing.

"Happy #NationalExDay to the best ex haha remember this moment," she wrote.

Saran -- a La Jolla, California, real estate agent -- also posted a similar message, sharing a photo of himself and Abraham kissing with a city skyline in the background.

"One for the ex! Cheers! #NationalExDay," he captioned.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, Abraham spoke highly of Saran while talking about the release of her adult films.

"I'm very empowered by my sexuality now," Abraham told Cosmopolitan. "Sex is a beautiful thing. And if you have the right person, like now I have my boyfriend Simon, there's nothing shameful about it."

Saran was Abraham's first long-term boyfriend since the death of Derek Underwood, the father of her daughter Sophia, reports US Weekly.
