A former NFL cheerleader pleaded guilty Tuesday to raping a 15-year-old boy while vacationing in Delaware last summer, Fox News reports.

Molly Shattuck, 48, former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader and the ex-wife of former Constellation Energy Nuclear Group CEO Mayo A. Shattuck, told a Sussex County judge that she understood her guilty plea to a single felony count of fourth-degree rape could result in her facing up to 15 years in prison.

Delaware law describes fourth-degree rape as sexual intercourse or sexual penetration with a person under the age of 16. Prison time is not mandatory for the offense, but the presumptive sentence is up to 30 months.

Shattuck will be sentenced Aug. 21. She is also required to register as a sex offender.

The mother of three entered the plea days before she was to face trial for two counts of the more serious charge of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact and three counts of providing alcohol to minors.

The victim, a classmate of one of Shattuck's sons, told police last September that she started an inappropriate relationship with him near Baltimore, Maryland and that sexual activity took place at a vacation rental home in Bethany Beach over Labor Day weekend.

Shattuck supplied alcohol to three underage boys on Aug. 30 and Aug. 31 of last year, and had sexual contact with one boy on or about Aug. 31, according to the indictment.

In 2005, Shattuck made headlines as the oldest NFL cheerleader in history when the Ravens selected her for the squad. She cheered for two years, followed by working as a part-time cheer coach for six years.

Her arrest shocked the Baltimore elite of which she was a socialite. She and husband Mayo divorced in November. Her divorce was finalized two days before she turned herself in to police.

Shattuck was involved in several charities, published a book about healthy living and appeared in the first season of the ABC reality show "Secret Millionaire."
