Miley Cyrus is rumored to be dating Victoria Secret model Stella Maxwell.

The New York Daily News reports friends of the "Wrecking Ball" crooner and the New Zealand model openly refer to them as "a couple" and witnesses further attest that the two have the kind of easy nature around one another that only typically comes about between people who have dated for at least several months.

One source told the newspaper the two routinely hold hands and generally seem comfortable with one another. Reportedly, the pair have been hanging out ever since Cyrus split from boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger back in March.

The two were introduced by Cyrus' best friend and assistant, Cheyne Thomas, and have previously boasted it was "friendship at first sight." Lately, Cyrus, who was also once engaged to "The Hunger Games" star Liam Hemsworth, has opened up about her sexuality.

"There are times in my life where I've had boyfriends or girlfriends," she recently told Time magazine, "And there are times where I just love being with myself and don't want to give part of myself away to someone else ... I think that's a new freedom for women, especially."

In another instance, Cyrus told Paper magazine she had a frank discussion with her mother about her sexuality as early as when she was 14.

"I remember telling her I admire women in a different way," she said. "And she asked me what that meant. And I said, I love them. I love them like I love boys. And it was so hard for her to understand. She didn't want me to be judged and she didn't want me to go to hell. But she believes in me more than she believes in any God. I just asked for her to accept me. And she has."
