Pop-rock superstar Pink is selling her Malibu luxury property, which she shares with her husband, retired motocross racer Carey Hart.

The 35-year-old singer, known for her hit songs such as "Just Give Me A Reason" and "Get the Party Started," among others, has put their California estate on the market with an asking price of nearly $14 million via Coldwell Banker, reported Variety.

Citing L.A. county records, Variety noted that the almost 5,200-square-foot home resting on 1.2 acres of lot has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. Notable interior details include hardwood flooring, vaulted and exposed wooden ceilings and wide glass doors, which give access to stunning ocean view.

The next owners will find a relaxing master suite with a large walk-in closet. A living-dining room complex, a kitchen with two islands, a dining terrace, a family room and an office with built-in cabinets will charm any would-be buyer.

There is also a guest apartment that comes with a kitchen and fireplace for visitors.

Outdoors, a swimming pool equipped with spa complements the tropical-vibe of the lush grounds.

Parking is not a problem as the estate comes with a five-car garage. It also has a private access to the Dume Beach.

Pink bought the estate for $11.85 million in 2010 and the Times was able to interview the "So What" singer while she was in the process of moving into the luxury Malibu home. Pink, who was pregnant at the time, shared that it was her "first home" with Hart.

Although she loves the property, Pink expressed that the family may leave it one day to continue her other love - singing and performing.

"If I'm Cher, say, this is the first quarter of my career. In about 30 years, I will for sure be in Vegas, shaking my ***. Carey's from Vegas; I told him baby, one day we'll be back there. I want Celine Dion's room at Caesars Palace!" Pink told the Times.

Now, the three-time Grammy Award-winning singer and her family are saying goodbye to their home of almost five years, but they may not be moving to Vegas, yet.

The music artist and her husband have other properties in Santa Ynez, California, which they bought for a total of $12,095,000, added Variety.
