"Scary Movie 5" star Audrina Patridge has decided to let go of her Hollywood Hills pad.

The 30-year-old actress, who also appeared in the series, "The Hills," is offering her Los Angeles home on the market for $1.58 million, Realtor.com reported.

The listing described the home as a beautiful Spanish villa, which will give new owners an experience to "wake up to unhindered panoramic vistas from city to ocean dazzling below" it. The California home is also said to be an "architectural masterpiece" that "offers meticulously crafted detail in every room that exudes prestige."

Built in 2007, the estate currently boasts a resort-style patio with a barbecue station, an outdoor dining area, a sun deck and a relaxing fountain on the grounds.

The 2,100 square-foot home includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Other living spaces inside are a chef kitchen, a spacious dining room and a living room that comes with a fireplace.

The next owners of the California home will find their favorite spot in the master suite as it comes with lavish amenities like a large walk-in closet for clothes and fashion accessories, a spa-like soaking tub, and a double vanity. Aside from the details that provide a comfortable and high-end lifestyle, wonderful city views are provided via its viewing balcony.

Even guests will like to stay in the house because each of the two guest rooms comes with an easy access to the relaxing patio. A wonderful night with friends can be arranged by making the partially-shaded spacious patio as the entertainment area.

The home the reality star purchased in 2008, came with a well-equipped kitchen, noted Variety. It has a six-burner gas stove, a separate convection oven, a microwave, a wine refrigerator, a side by side refrigerator, and a center island for easy cooking.

Citing property records, Variety added that the actress paid $91,000 more than the listing price when she acquired it for the final price of $1,290,000.

That time, the actress was still not comfortable living alone.

"It is [fun living with a best friend], because at my parents' house in Orange County I have two sisters and a brother, so I was constantly with someone all the time. When I moved out, I lived by myself for two years and I hated it because I was used to being with someone," a much younger Patridge told Seventeen in May 2008.

After seven years, Patridge has matured and is ready to take what simple joys life has to offer. She currently hosts NBC's travel show, "1st Look."
