The New Jersey state probation department has yet to sign off on Teresa Giudice's anticipated return to her "Real Housewives of New Jersey" reality show once she is released from prison.

What's more, Radar Online reports Teresa's own lawyer does not want her participating in the Bravo-aired spin-off show her husband, Joe Giudice, recently agreed to star in for the network along with the couple's four young daughters.

It all has some wondering if 43-year-old Teresa may have acted out her last scenes in the world of reality television.

"Teresa's lawyer doesn't want her involved with Joe's special in any capacity because it could screw up her early release," a source told Radar. Reports suggest Teresa could be released as early as December with time for good behavior.

Meanwhile, probation officials have been slow to move in response to Teresa's expressed interest in returning to "Real Housewives." Given that she will still be on probation once she is released from the Danbury Correctional Facility following a fraud conviction and a 15-month sentence, she would need the approval of her probation officer prior to being able to take part in the show.

"Real Housewives" show executives are rumored to have delayed the start of filming for next season's show in hopes of being able to include Teresa in more of the scenes.

"None of the cast members of 'RHONJ' have signed contracts for next season," a source recently claimed. "But there isn't anything to be concerned about because filming has been pushed from the summer and won't be beginning until late September, early October."

Radar also recently reported that Teresa has inked legal documents stipulating that she will allow the government to garnish at least 25 percent of her Bravo wages to satisfy the $400,000 she stills owes in restitution stemming from her bankruptcy fraud conviction.

The series starring Joe Giudice is said to focus on his life as a single dad trying to hold his family together while his wife is away and incarcerated. Joe, 43, is slated to commence serving a near four-year sentence on similar charges once his wife has been released.
