"America's Got Talent" judge Howard Stern, who has appeared for four seasons since 2012, will leave the popular NBC show at the end of Season 10, reports Us Weekly.

The 61-year-old shock jock announced Wednesday morning on his radio program that he's leaving the Nick Cannon-hosted talent competition show.

"I told them, this is my last season," he said. "I am going through my own career evaluation right now. I'm just too f***ing busy."

Stern also teased that while he's leaving "America's Got Talent," he's not leaving TV. He plans to appear on an unnamed TV show. He suggested that "America's Got Talent" executive producer Simon Cowell may want to take over his vacant judge's seat.

NBC executives had asked Stern for an answer about whether or not he will appear on "America's Got Talent" Season 11 by July 4 so that they could arrange auditions for his replacement.

Stern has waffled about his participation on the judges' panel alongside Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel, especially in 2013 before his third season return.

"I really, really did struggle ... because I've been working a long time. I really wanted to decide if this was going to take away too much free time," he said at the time, according to Us Weekly. "Did I really still enjoy doing it? Did I have something to say? Is it something I should be involved with still?"

Stern certainly had something to say Tuesday night following the performance of 11-year-old opera singer Arielle Baril from Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. The young singer, who was trained to sing by her brother, performed a flawless solo.

"That was a very special moment," he told Baril. "To see an 11-year-old have such a mature voice -- it's freaky! And freaky in the best way!"

Baril's amazing performance prompted Heidi Klum to hit her golden buzzer, sending the 6th grader to the AGT live performances at Radio City Music Hall. She also received a standing ovation from the audience.
