If there's anything Kanye West hates more than the paparazzi, it's people who extort him for his money. After beating up an 18-year-old kid who threatened his fiancée Kim as he yelled racist slurs at her, Kanye is looking at yet another court date. But the kid has decided he doesn't want to go through a trial, he rather get a pay out and live happily ever after.

TMZ reports that a source close to the 18-year-old kid has stated that his "lawyer called Kanye's people and expressed the desire to strike a civil settlement for several hundred thousand dollars." Of course this was going to be the teenager's next move -- he was smart enough to realize he struck gold with this situation.

The nameless alleged victim is adamant that he does not want to go through a public trial and rather get a quick pay out. Kim Kardashian has not commented on the offer, as she planned to take legal action against the kid after feeling threatened and insulted. The 18-year-old who first came to Kim's defense against the paparazzi at the chiropractor's office later turned against her, saying she was a "n****r lover" and a "slut."

When Kanye came to the rescue, which resulted in allegedly "pummeling the guy" things got even more serious. Kanye's bad temper is starting to cause him money and Kanye doesn't like giving away money. The rapper, who accuses the world of only wanting to profit from him, cannot be happy about this one. Either way, it would probably be a good alternative to stay away from the courtroom, therefore both parties are currently in negotiations.
