Caitlyn Jenner just might decide to join the “Dancing with the Stars” season 21 cast with all the support that she has been getting since unveiling her woman form on the cover of Vanity Fair.

Cheryl Burke, a former dance pro on the hit ABC show, is among those who believe that Caitlyn will be “amazing on ‘DWTS.’”

“The whole family has basically done it,” Burke told Entertainment Tonight. “I danced with Rob Kardashian. Kim did it a few seasons ago.”

As stated in Us Weekly, Rob Kardashian, who happens to be Caitlyn’s stepson managed to win second place in “Dancing with the Stars” season 13, which aired on TV in 2011. The winner of that season was JR Martinez and Karina Smirnoff. Kim Kardashian's stay on the show’s seventh season with Mark Ballas in 2008, on the other hand, was a much shorter one.

Considering that Caitlyn used to be an Olympian – before she decided to make her female transition from being Bruce Jenner – she might want to add a Mirror Ball trophy to her Olympic gold medal. After all, she is not a beginner when it comes to competitions, having won Olympic glory during the 1976 decathlon.

If and when she does decide to join the next season of “DWTS,” Caitlyn will not be the first former Olympian to be part of the televised dance contest. Ever since the show debuted on ABC, previous Olympic medal winners have tried their luck on the dance floor, such as Kristi Yamaguchi, Apolo Ohno, Evan Lysacek, Lolo Jones, Shawn Johnson, Meryl Davis, and, most recently, Nastia Liukin.
.
According to Burke, the professional dancers whom she thinks will be best for Caitlyn are Tony Dovolani and Val Chmerkovskiy.

Val is the younger brother of Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Dancing alongside Rumer Willis, the daughter of “Die Hard” actor Bruce Willis and “GI Jane” Demi Moore, Val managed to win his very first Mirror Ball in the most recent season, “Dancing with the Stars” season 20.

Apart from being part of “DWTS” season 21, Burke also thinks that Caitlyn will be “an amazing judge” of the upcoming Miss USA pageant, which has already been scheduled to air on NBC on July 12.

“I think she is so empowering,” Burke gushed about the “I am Cait” reality star. “A lot of people look up to her.”
