Teresa Giudice thinks the courts got it right this time.

Still in the midst of serving a 15-month sentence at the Danbury Correctional Facility in Connecticut on fraud related charges, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star took the time on Saturday to salute the U.S. Supreme Court for its groundbreaking ruling last week legalizing same-sex marriage.

"Finally, some good news coming out of a court," Giudice posted on her Twitter page.

According to US Weekly, this isn't the first time the 43-year-old mother of four has managed to express her thoughts and feelings on social media while still locked away behind bars.

She thanked all her supporters in tweets posted to her page earlier this month and back in May. Us Weekly later reported both of those messages were actually posted by her teenage daughter, Gia.

It's been a busy time for Giudice who is rumored to be entertaining a $2 million offer from Bravo officials to rejoin the cast of "Real Housewives" once she is released that has reportedly infuriated her cast mates.

"The other ladies haven't even signed their contracts to return, and this convicted felon is having the red carpet rolled out for her," a source told Radar. "Teresa's contract has been finalized and Bravo is ready to focus the entire season on her return."

All the clear and apparent acrimony almost assures that Bravo officials will have no shortage of story lines if Giudice does in fact return next season.

Reports say she will need approval from her probation officer, if she is to return to the show after her release.

Once Giudice is released from custody, her husband Joe is slated to begin serving his 41-month sentence on similar charges. With time for good behavior, Teresa could supposedly be free as soon as around Christmas.
