iOS 8.3 Jailbreak News: TaiG Releases Fix For Errors With Jailbreak
A jailbreak solution has been available for iOS 8.3 since last week. The TaiG jailbreak team was the first to find a jailbreak for iOS 8.3, but many users had difficulty installing it. Now, TaiG is responding to the errors with its jailbreak, iDigital Times reports.
Some users have reported problems when trying to install the TaiG jailbreak with Cydia. These users would attempt to install the jailbreak onto their iOS device and got stuck at either 20 percent or 60 percent completion.
The 20 percent error was fixable by using an older version of iTunes, but the 60 percent error is still unsolved.
Several websites have offered solutions for users who experience problems with the TaiG jailbreak software. Most of these websites are telling users to restart their device and then restart the jailbreak process.
TaiG listened to the complaints that users had when trying to install the jailbreak and released a version 2.1.3 of their jailbreak tool. TaiG also responded to users on Twitter that were having problems installing the jailbreak software.
@JMendel815 For getting stuck at 60%, wait patiently until the next step. If Jailbreak Failed appears, rejailbreak.

It looks like it will take some patience to get the jailbreak process completed. If the jailbreak fails, try again.
Before jailbreaking, users must ensure to backup their device's files and apps. This is very important to ensure nothing is lost in case of a major crash or data corruption. Users will need to go to iTunes and hit the backup button.
For just a temporary period of time, users will also need to turn off their "Find my iPhone" and passcode features. This is just while the jailbreak is installing itself and these two features can be reactivated after the jailbreak is successfully installed.
While the TaiG jailbreak is installing itself, users will need to put their devices on airplane mode.
