Justin Bieber is really in trouble now. The singer, who received a "hood pass" from rapper The Game during a TMZ show, is officially a jail bird now. He is being held in Miami Beach for drag racing, resisting arrest, a DUI, and they even found drugs in the car. Will this be the lesson Bieber needs?

Honestly, this is very unfortunate. At just 19 years old, Justin Bieber is already sitting in a jail cell with a DUI before even being the legal age to drink in America. Okay, yes, teenagers get into trouble at this age, but whether celebrities like it or not, young people see cases like this and think that it's cool to get in trouble. Law enforcement tells TMZ that the Biebs was busted in Miami Beach and it didn't end with DUI: they believe he was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.

Reporters stand outside of the precinct in Miami waiting to hear what will happen with the "Boyfriend" singer. They have also revealed that police found ecstasy and Xanax on the singer after he failed the sobriety test and resisted arrest by refusing to take his hands out of his pockets. The "All That Matters" singer was stopped when his rented yellow Ferrari was pulled over by police early Thursday morning. Def Jam rapper Khalil was the driver of the red Ferrari racing against JB; he, too, has been arrested. 

Justin was seen both partying and riding around in the Ferrari with model Chantel after a week of strip clubs and nightclubs in Miami. Justin, who is taking some time off from his career seems to be causing more damage to himself than ever before. Hopefully this will only be a scare and will teach JB to stay out of trouble. Even through all of the arrogance and disobedience, we wish Bieber the best.
