‘Hannibal’ Spoilers Season 3 Episode 7: Hannibal and Will Are Both Captured and Tortured [WATCH]
"Hannibal" has been rising to new heights of tension as fans new and old alike have seen what happens when showrunner Bryan Fuller visualizes the story. Episode 7 this season is titled "Digestivo" and airs on Thursday at 9 p.m. EDT, according to TV Guide.
This episode will pick up with some of the more gruesome aspects of the show, given that Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelson) is not the only deranged psychopath with a homicidal disrespect for human life.
According to Spoilers Guide, police in Italy on Mason Verger's (Joe Anderson) payroll have picked up both Hannibal and Will Graham (Hugh Dancy). The price for his revenge is going to be their slow and agonizing torture, but it is Hannibal who may be coming to the rescue on both of their behalves.
They have been brought to Muskrat Farm and Verger's revenge is pending. But like any deranged psychopath, he wants to take his time and make their suffering more of a slow burn, rather than a merciful death.
The promo for the episode shows that the revenge is set into motion and both Will and Hannibal will suffer. But it is Hannibal who may come to their rescue when he reaches out to his former patient and Verger's own sister, Margot (Katherine Isabelle).
Alana is in complete distress over the situation and she contemplates her options to secure their rescue. But that might also be a tricky situation because once rescued, she would have to cultivate a way to contain Hannibal for his own imprisonment back in the states.
Jack (Laurence Fishburne) also learns of Hannibal's location and he informs Chiyoh (Tao Okamoto). This of course means that there are multiple avenues of possibilities for a rescue effort to be mounted. But, the big question is who will be successful?
