Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have moved into a home nearly half the size of the California mansion they once lived in.

According to TMZ, the Calabasas residence the couple moved into earlier this month with their four young children is only 3,733 square feet, compared to the old pad of 6,623 square feet.

The home is the third rental for the pair since they moved out of their old Encino mansion in 2011, which they reportedly were forced to sell at a loss.

Amid rumors of the family being strapped for cash, TMZ previously reported the couple held a major yard sale on Father's Day late last month where they hawked everything from home furnishings to jewelry to old clothing.

For their last move, The Daily Mail reports Spelling and McDermott actually packed their possessions into a rented truck and the back of their cars themselves before riding off.

Back in October, the 42-year-old actress publicly acknowledged on her Lifetime reality show "True Tori" that the family was having trouble staying afloat financially.

"We live paycheck to paycheck," she said back then. "After this ('True Tori') I have no f*cking idea if work's going to come in. Like, how am I going to support my family in six months?"

Tori's father, Aaron Spelling, amassed a fortune estimated in the neighborhood of $600 million from producing such long-running TV hits as "The Love Boat," "Charlie's Angels" and "Beverly Hills, 90210," in which Tori also starred. But at the time of his death, she is reported to have only received around $800,000.

Despite money struggles, Spelling and McDermott are rumored to want more children, several media outlets have reported.

"They love their four children and believe a new baby will bring them closer together," a source said. "Sometimes it seems their love of kids is the one thing they have in common."
