It may be July, but H&M and Katy Perry have joined forces to get you excited for the holidays. The fast-fashion brand announced that the pop star is the face of their 2015 "Happy and Merry" Holiday Collection.

According to Fashionista, Perry will be featured in a variety of looks from the brands latest collection, which may include products from their soon to launch makeup collection.

"H&M was one of the places where I first began cultivating my personal style. I have continued to love integrating H&M pieces into my wardrobe throughout the years," she said in a statement, reported InStyle. "I can't wait for you to see the world we created with Jonas Åkerlund and Dan Jackson."

Perry, who was recently announced as the highest earning female entertainer in the world by Forbes after ranking third place behind boxers Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, has 72.5 million followers on Twitter and is known for her creativity when it comes to fashion. Most recently she made headlines when she was revealed as the face of Moschino's Fall 2015 campaign.

The brand made the announcement by slowly revealing parts of an image of Perry on Instagram and the "Dark Horse" singer also made the revelation on social media.

The 30-year-old singer joins past stars like super model Gisele Bundchen and Beyoncé, who both headlined summer campaigns for H&M, model Miranda Kerr and singer Lana Del Ray, who headlined spring and fall campaigns, respectively, and David Beckham who frequently collaborates with the affordable brand. Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga were last years Holiday Collection celebrity collaborators.

The advertisements, print, commercial and digital, are set to be released in November.
