50 Cent recently told a Manhattan Supreme Court much of his perceived lavish lifestyle is exaggerated and many of the flashy cars he's seen chauffeured around towns in are rented.

TMZ reports the "In Da Club" rapper recently completed a court-ordered debt course as part of his bankruptcy filing for which he paid just $15.

Born Curtis Jackson, the rapper recently declared for bankruptcy after a Manhattan jury found him guilty of posting the private sex video of the mother of Rick Ross' child online without her permission. The court has already awarded Lastonia Leviston $5 million and is still considering hitting the rapper with punitive damages.

50 also told the court he isn't worth anywhere near the millions people have widely assumed he is and appeared in court on Tuesday wearing a plastic watch. He also insisted he remains uncertain how much he made in deals with the likes of Disney and Reebok.

Dressed in a simple gray suit, Jackson swore many of the Lamborghinis, Bentleys and Rolls Royces in which he's seen riding for his videos were never his and much of the jewelry was on loan.

"It's like music videos, they say action and you see all these fancy cars, but everything goes back to the dealership," he said.

At his peak, 50 was estimated to be worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $150 million. He now claims he has debts as high as $28 million.

As for all those videos of him throwing dollar bills around strip clubs, Jackson told the court it was simply "a thing on his itinerary."

In rendering its decision, the jury also found 50 posted the video as a way of trying to get back at his longtime nemesis Ross. Reportedly, he obtained the footage from the man opposite Leviston in the tape, who at the time she considered her boyfriend
