Mariah Carey Agrees to Concert Gig in Israel, Set to Make at Least $500,000
Mariah Carey is set to soon play Israel to the cool tune of a $500,000 payday.
According to TMZ, the "Hero" singer has agreed to a one-time performance in Tel Aviv set for some time in August where tickets will be priced at $65 and up. Nick Cannon's soon-to-be ex recently visited the country with new, millionaire Australian boyfriend James Packer and reportedly "fell in love with the place."
Since she and Packer began dating just several weeks ago, the two have seemingly been on the fast track o their relationship and are rumored to be already discussing marriage. The newfound couple recently embarked on an extended vacation across the Mediterranean sea aboard Packer's yacht and their connection seemed to have instantly grown.
The 45-year-old Carey and Cannon haven't officially finalized their divorce as of yet, but reportedly she has been urging him of late to sign off on all their outstanding issues, including a child custody arrangement for their twin 4-year-olds, so they both can move on. Rumors are Carey is also considering moving to Australia and living with Packer, though Cannon is said to be totally against the idea of his children being so far away.
During their boat trip, Packer reportedly had nothing but Mariah's music blaring aboard the ship for all their many friends to listen and vibe to.
The gig will be Carey's first in Israel and reports are she and Packer started dating after he recently went to one of her concerts in Las Vegas and was immediately smitten with her.
Since their split, "America's Got Talent" host Cannon, 34, has been romantically linked to Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Jessica White, entertainer Amber Rose and Nicole Murphy, the ex-wife of comedic legend Eddie Murphy.
