Khloe and Lamar Divorce Update: How Khloe is Spending Valentines Day
Khloé Kardashian isn't wasting her time being sad this Valentine's Day. Yes, she is single, but she is also happy to be building a new life after her divorce. She plans to spend the special day with the people she loves and not thinking about not having a romantic partner.
Hollywood Life recently reported that Lamar Odom does miss how much fun he and Khloé had together. A source told that the celebrity news website that "he talks about her from time to time." "He misses some of the good times they shared, she was real good to him, a good wife and she loved him hard," the source added. Khloé also still respects Lamar and considers him a friend. All episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians are run by Lamar and his agent to avoid damaging his image any further.
"For Valentine's Day she wants to be with her family and close friends. Valentine's for her is about love, not necessarily romantic love. She's all about loving herself right now, and treating herself like a princess, instead of waiting for a guy to do it," a friend told Hollywood Life. Even though the reality star still loves her ex basketball hubby, she has moved on. "She still truly loves Lamar, and doesn't regret getting married to him," the source says. "She is convinced that everything happens for a reason and that if she stays loving and open, she will meet the right person. She is just taking care of herself and spending quality time with family and the little ones."
The youngest Kardashian sister has been very good at turning her negative situation into something positive. Valentine's Day is not many people's favorite holiday because of what it represents but, for Khloé, it will not be a reason to be sad. Despite rumors of flings with baseball player Matt Kemp and rapper The Game, Khloé is happy all by herself. Her relationship with her younger sisters and the rest of her family seem to continue keeping her grounded and living a good life. The money helps too.
