'Mr. Robot' Season 1, Episode 7 Spoilers: How Will Elliot Recover From Shayla's Death? [Watch]
The last episode of "Mr. Robot" was intense and spectacular.
Last Wednesday, we saw Elliot help breaking Fernando Vera (Elliot Villar) out of prison. To the surprise of many, Vera handed the keys to the trunk to Elliot only to discover Shayla's dead body. This is something that we did not see coming. Seeing this, Elliot (Rami Malek) immediately felt the guilt inside him. Perhaps this could be a turning point in the season. How will Elliot go forward with after this tragic event?
According to the International Business Times, in the next episode of "Mr. Robot," we see that F-society is in disarray. In the preview promo you see below, Mr. Robot (Christan Slater) point a gun to Romero (Ron C. Jones). It seems clear that Romero is getting tired of Mr. Robot relying on Elliot. Will F-society be destroyed before their next big operation?
Also in the promo, we see Angela (Portia Doubleday) going back to the lawyer and trying to get to the bottom on what Evil Corp is doing to its employers. In the last two episodes, she has been very persistent about getting information about Evil Corp. Seems like the storyline will continue next episode.
Perhaps the most interesting and complex character on the show is Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström). Throughout the first six episode, Wellick has been very hard to figure out. It has been clear that he wants to be the next CTO of Evil Corp, but if he becomes CTO, what will become of Evil Corp? He is working for Scott Knowles (Brian Stokes Mitchell). Why is this significant? Both of them are battling to be the next CTO of the company. Wellick seems very frustrated that he cannot stop Knowles from becoming CTO. How far will Wellick go to get what he wants?
Elliot seems to have second thoughts about joining F-society. With the death of Shayla, will he jeopardize another mission? With the season finale so close, we might have answers in the next episode.
"Mr. Robot" airs every Wednesday at 10 p.m. EDT on the USA Network.
